Memorials
You may want to consider giving a gift in memory of a loved one, friend or colleague. Please provide us with
the name of the person who has passed away and the complete address of the next of kin. We would be glad to send
a memorial card for your behalf of your donation that you have made in memory of the loved one.
Please note: Unless otherwise specified, we will release your name and address to the family member or friend
if they request this information from us. The amounts donated remain confidential.
